Specially in the region of Morez and Oyonnax, the countless ateliers, workshops and factorys build a worldwide reputation of masters craftsmen. The high quality of their productions was a call for many brands to produce their own collections. With so many names interested on the region products, choosing existing models and merely stamping their names on the temples, the industrial fabric associated and created a stamp – Frame France – that represented the best factorys and producers in France. Only the best were in the club, and the stamp was a true authenticity certificate.
